After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicants in Criminal Bail Application No.2472 of 2016 and Criminal Bail Application No.2548 of 2016, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw the aforesaid Applications.

Accordingly, the Applications are dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial of the applicants is expedited. The learned Judge is
3/3 requested to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably before June 2018. If for no fault of the applicants, the trial does not conclude within the said period, the applicants are at liberty to renew their prayer for bail. The aforesaid order be placed before the learned Judge. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the Intervention Applications being Criminal Application No.1045 of 2016 and Criminal Application No.34 of 2017, do not survive and the same are also disposed of. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
