The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record the copy of the consent terms which are duly signed by the Respondent. It appears that the consent terms were filed before the Third Labour Court, Thane and vide order dated 23rd August, 2018 an Award has been passed and Reference (IDA) No. 189 of 2010 has amicably settled in terms of the consent terms. 2.

Copy of the Consent Terms along with the copy of the Award and Receipt is taken on record and marked 'Article X' for the purpose of identification.
