Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27th September, 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, for a period of four weeks. It is submitted that the applicant is making an arrangement to furnish surety, however, for want of his presence in the city of Mumbai, as he was at Rajasthan along with his parents, he could not arrange surety in pursuant to order

rpa 2/2 501-appp-1372-18.doc granting bail. It is submitted that he has arranged surety and would furnish the same, however, the cash bail facility granted to the applicant by order dated 27th September, 2018, be extended by a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the facility of cash security provided to the applicant vide order dated 27th September, 2018, passed in Bail Application No.1869 of 2018, is extended for a period of four weeks. Criminal Application No.1372 of 2018, stands disposed of.
