After hearing both the sides, I pass the following order, modifying the order dated 28th of November, 2013, passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge:

The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount or two sureties 1/2

909)APL1285.14 of Rs.25,000/- each in lieu of one surety of Rs.50,000/-. He shall stay at the residence of his friend Lahu Babu Navale, who has filed affidavit in this Court. The address of Lahu Babu Navale shall be treated as temporary as well as permanent address of the applicant. Rest of the conditions No. (c),(d), (e), (f) & (g) imposed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, by his order dated 15th July, 2013 shall remain the same. The application stands disposed of.
