Learned APP submits that as the prisoner is seeking transfer to jail in Union Territory of Delhi/State of Delhi, he has to apply to the Additional Director General (Prisons), Maharashtra. 2.

Hence, with said liberty to the petitioner and with direction to the Authority to decide that application within next 3 months after its receipt, we dispose of the present petition.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
