Mr. Ratnam, learned counsel for the Applicant has placed on record Roznama, which shows that the matter was fixed for recording of evidence on 24/8/2017. It appears from the Roznama that the accused No.1 was not produced by the Jail Authorities. A non bailable warrant is issued against accused No.5. The matter was adjourned to 7/9/2017. The Roznama shows that since 24/8/2017 witness summon is not yet issued. 2.

In view of this, the learned Trial Court, Kolhapur is directed to expedite the trial. Since the charge is framed more than one year ago, trial be concluded within 10 months from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
