It is alleged that the complainant was abducted in a car by group of fie persons and he was put in fear of causing grieious hurt for committing extortion. The learned APP on instructions has pointed out in past four crimes were registered against this applicant including the ofence punishable under Section 326 of the Shivgan 1/2

Complainant is a small businessman, who apprehending danger to his family members, sent all of them to the natiie place.
