1] The petitioner - prisoner seeks proper categorisation and therefore, he may release from the prison. 2] Learned APP submits that as per his instructions prisoner has put in about 20 years 9 months and 18 days and as per various recommendations, he needs to be put in 22 years category.

3] Upon instructions, learned APP states that suitable decision upon the categorisation shall be taken within four weeks from today.

5] In this situation, accepting the statement made by learned APP with directions to the State Government to take final decision on categorisation of the petitioner-prisoner within 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order, we dispose of the present petition.
