The application was disposed of on 20th October, 2015. A preceipe is moved for speaking to the minute of the order dated 20th October, 2015.

In the 10th line of the 4th paragraph of the said order it records as follows:- "The Respondent No.1-complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Applicant-accused before the Sessions Court in Criminal Revision Application No.132 of 2012 and an amount of Rs.62,500/- deposited before this Megha 1/2

chamber_apl_1365_12 Court as per order dated 12th December, 2012". 3.

It has been brought to my notice that the amount of Rs.62,500/- has been deposited before the Additional Sessions Court, Mumbai. The inadvertent error needs to be rectified. 4.

Hence, in the 13th line of the 4th paragraph of the order dated 20th October, 2015 the words "before this Court" shall be substituted by the words "before the learned Additional Sessions Court Mumbai". Necessary corrections shall be carried out in the order uploaded on the server.

The order dated 20th October, 2015 stands modified accordingly.
