The only relief sought in the above Writ Petition filed through Jail is direction to the Competent Authority to decide the Petitioner's application for furlough within a particular time frame (reference - last paragraph of the application dated 6-6-2018 of the Petitioner). The Learned APP Mr. Yagnik states that the DIG Prisons, Aurangabad, Central Area would decide the Petitioner's application within two weeks from date. Statement accepted. In view of the said statement it is not necessary to keep the above Criminal Writ Petition pending, the same to accordingly stand disposed of. Parties to act upon a copy of this order duly authenticated by the Court Shirestedar.
