Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that by this writ petition they are challenging order dated 20.10.2012 passed by 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Ichalkaranji below Exhibit-65 in Regular Civil Suit No.96 of 2004. He submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition Regular Civil Suit No.96 of 2004 was decided on its own merits on 03.05.2017. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. 3.

Writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. 4.

No order as to costs.
