The Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.399 of 2016 for the offence punishable under Sections 370(3), 34 of IPC and Sections 3,4 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The victim girl has named the present applicant to be beneficiary.

The Applicant came to be arrested on 16.8.2016 and the charge-sheet is already filed. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, there are no criminal antecedents.

In view thereof, application needs to be allowed. The Applicant shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of Shivgan 1/2
