Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Admittedly, the applicant has deposited the entire amount payable as per the order dated 30/8/2000 up to date in this Court. A sum of Rs.2,90,000/- representing arrears for the period from March 2012 has been deposited in the Court. There is an office remark to that effect. Needless to add that in view of the orders dated 30/8/2000 and 27/6/2011, the order dated 30/8/2000 will continue to operate till the disposal of the appeal.

Subject to what is observed the above, the application is disposed of. We make it clear that in terms of clause 3 of the order
