The Petitioner has taken out this Application for condonation of delay in taking out the application for restoration of Writ Petition which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 22 August, 2013. Considering the submissions so made and as sufficient cause is made out and in the interest of justice, we allow this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 3.

Writ Petition to be listed for admission accordingly before appropriate Bench.
