The grievance of the petitioner is that though hearing of the Gram Panchayat Dispute Application Nos.23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 7 of 2013 is concluded, orders have not been passed by the Additional Collector, Raigad at Alibag.

In case, the orders are not passed, we direct the Additional Collector, Raigad at Alibag to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks.

With the aforesaid directions, petition is disposed off. Learned AGP to communicate this order to Additional Collector, Ragiad at Alibag forthwith.
