We find that Petitioners have settled the matter only with complainant. During investigation police have found that Petitioners have duped several other persons. Learned APP, on instructions of A.P.I. Mr.Milind Nagpure, Amboli Police Station, pointed out that there is no

Thus, the offence cannot be quashed and looked in part / piecemeal. We, therefore, reject this Petition. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
