Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following Order is passed by consent :

i.

The Awards dated 7th February, 2014 as well as 30th October, 2015 passed by the Second Labour Court, Nashik in Reference IDA No. 9 of 2011 are set aside. ii.

The Petitioner has tendered his resignation with effect from 18th April, 2006 and the same has been accepted by the Respondent on and from 18th April, 2006.

iii.

The Respondent shall pay the statutory dues to the Petitioner, which are payable as per the provisions of law.

Save and except what is stated hereinabove, the parties shall have no claim against each other.
