After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that if the trial is expedited or is directed to be concluded in a time bound manner, then he will not press this application. The trial is pending before Additional Sessions Judge and District Judge­8, Nashik, vide Sessions Case No.286 of 2018.

I have considered the entire material in the charge­ sheet. This is a fit case where directions can be issued to the trial Nesarikar

Since the trial is expedited, the Counsel for the Applicant does not press this application. However, the Applicant is at liberty to renew his application for bail, if the trial is not so concluded.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
