Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is that Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai has heard the stay application preferred by the petitioner in the Revision Application No. RA/624/2022 on 3rd November, 2022 and closed it for order. However, order has not been passed.

I have perused the roznama dated 3rd November, 2022 (Exhibit B) to the petition. It seems that the Divisional Joint Registrar has heard the parties and the stay application is closed for order.

It would, therefore, be appropriate to direct the Divisional Joint Registrar to pass order on the stay application which is closed Vishal Parekar ...1
