DATED :- FEBRUARY 3, 2017 P.C. :- 1.

The writ petition is pending in this court from 2012. Rather it was filed on 11th December, 2012. It was on board on 6th February, 2013, on which date, notice was issued returnable on 26th March, 2013. Though the notices were duly served prior to the returnable date, since thereafter, what appears is that the matter has been listed, but could not be taken up or whenever it was taken up, an adjournment application was made and entertained. On 6th December, 2013, this court noticed that in the meanwhile some appointment was made. Therefore, the selected candidate was directed to be impleaded as party respondent. Post J.V.Salunke,PA
