The order in question can be challenged before the Sessions Court under section 397 of Code of Criminal Procedure. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ Petition stands dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file revision application. Delay, if any, due to pendency of this writ petition, shall be condoned. (JUDGE)
