The petition prays for a writ of mandamus directing Respondent No.2 - Education Officer to decide a proposal submitted to him by Petitioner No.1-Trust for approval of the appointment of Petitioner No.2 on 15 December 2014. Considering the controversy, we are of the view that this petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 15 December 2014 for approval of the service of Petitioner No.2 as expeditiously as possible and, in any event, within a period of six weeks from today. It is ordered accordingly.
