The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has placed on record final order dated 03rd May, 2017 passed by the Chief Officer of the first Respondent/Karad Municipal Council in exercise of powers under Section 51 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966. He states that in terms of the final order, the Petitioners propose to submit a revised plan for sanction. The substantive challenge in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is to the Show Cause Notice dated 18th November, 2014. Now a final order has been passed in terms of the Show Cause Notice. A copy of the final order dated 03rd May, 2017 is taken on record and marked "X1" for its identification. Sneha Chavan 1/2
