By this Civil Application, applicant defendant no.1 is seeking restoration of Review Petition (ST) No.32316 of 2016 which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this court.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Mohite 1/2

pr5 caost33656-16 averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Time to remove office objections as per order dated 29.11.2016 is extended till 16.12.2016. b) Review Petition (ST) No.32316 of 2016 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. c) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place the matter on board on 20.12.2016 along with all pending Civil Applications.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
