Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 04.08.2018 passed by 3rd Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara below Exhibit- 107 in Special Civil Suit No. 29/2012. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during pendency of the Writ Petition, said suit itself is decided by the Trial Court by judgment and decree dated 21.11.2018. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the said judgment. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Same stands disposed of as infructuous.
