This is an Application for extention of time to furnish surety. By an order dated 15th June 2015, this Court while granting pre-arrest bail to the Applicants, had imposed a condition that in the event of their arrest, they be enlarged on bail on each furnishing PR Bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. The said condition was subsequently modified by order dated 1st July 2015 and the Applicants were directed to be enlarged on cash bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. It was specifically directed that the provisional cash bail VRD
APPP1024.15 shall remain in force for a period of six weeks within which the Applicants shall complete all the formalities of furnishing the PR Bonds.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the applicants have furnished the cash bail, however, they could not get the surety/sureties in the like amount. He submitted that his clients are in the process of getting sureties and for that, the period as granted by order dated 1st July 2015 may be extended. 3.
In view of the facts mentioned in the Application and stated above, the period to submit the sureties is hereby extended for a period of six weeks from today as a last chance. 4.
It is made clear that no further extention on any count shall be granted to the applicants. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
