At the out set the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in view of the amendment to Section 14A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, a substantive appeal would lie against the impugned order, before the Division bench of this Court. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a substantive appeal against the impugned order.
