It is an application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. I have perused the order dated 24th October, 2019 whereby respondent was enlarged on bail.

Reasons discussed in paragraphs 10 and 11 of the order are prima-facie sufcient to suggest that applicant voluntarily accompanied the respondent-accused to various places including at Dubai.
