The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order dated 30.11.2018, the applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 1,75,000/- on 11.12.2018. He further submits that the daughter of the applicant is getting married on 19.01.2019 and, therefore, he seeks time to deposit money.

In view of the above submission, the applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 3,00,000/- in three installments i.e., the first installment of Rs.1,00,000/- be deposited on or before Trupti Page 1 of 2

3-appr-561-2018.doc 04.01.2019, the second installment of Rs.1,00,000/- be deposited on or before 05.02.2019 and the remaining amount of Rs.1,00,000/- be deposited on or before 28.02.2019. 3.
