This is an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent No.1 on record. It is stated that the respondent No.1 died on 24/07/2017 leaving behind respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) as a legal heirs and representatives. Respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(d) are duly served.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
