IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO.2265 OF 2018 Ms. Dimple Haresh Jagasia ] ... Applicant

Versus

The State of Maharashtra ] ... Respondent Mr. Shirish Gupte Sr. Advocate I/b Mr. Satyavrat Joshi for Applicant. Mrs. S.S. Kaushik, APP for State.

CORAM :- SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.

DATE :- 03 JUNE, 2019 P. C. :- 1.

The applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.134/2018 registered with Yerwada Police Station, Pune u/sec.376, 354, 354 (A), 506 of I.P.C. and u/sec. 3 (b), 4, 7, 8, 16, 17 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Before going into the merits of the case, it is important to note that in the past this court vide order dtd. 11/04/2018 passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.626 of 2018 has already rejected her similar prayer with reasoned order. That order was Purti Parab

Now, the present applicant has again approached this court for the same relief which is rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The Ld. Senior Counsel submits that since charge-sheet is now filed, the applicant has preferred the present application in changed circumstances. This court on the earlier occasion had rejected the applicant's anticipatory bail with a reasoned order. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition filed against that order. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to consider the application for the same relief which is rejected by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

Application is rejected and stands disposed of accordingly. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Purti Parab
