Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Senior Planner of MMRDA to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11th August, 2017 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's claim and the petitioner's said representation shall be decided independently on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.

In order to enable the Senior Planner of MMRDA to comply with this order, the petitioner shall remain present before him on 27th March, 2018 along with copy of this order as well as copy of the aforesaid representation.
