The only change in the circumstances after this Court has rejected prayer for bail on 28.11.2016 in Crime No.504 of 2016 is that the Applicant is ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs.3 Lakhs as against an amount of Rs.16 Lakhs, which is involved in the crime in question.

In my opinion, there is no change in the circumstances. No case for bail is made out. Application stands rejected. (N.W.SAMBRE, J.) Shivgan 1/1
