None appears for the Petitioner. The Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Respondent to decide the representations dated 31.10.2015 and 30.10.2017 in accordance with the judgment of the Apex Court in writ petition (civil) No. 454 of 2015, within the stipulated time frame.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 placed on record a Photostat copy of the minutes of the meeting of the Administrative Judges' Committee held on 26th July, 2017. The representation tendered by the Petitioner on Borey 1/2

A subsequent representation tendered by the Petitioner on 30.10.2017 has also been disposed of in view of the decision taken earlier. The decision taken by the Administrative Judges' Committee, concerning the recommendations on the representations tendered by the Petitioner has been communicated to the Petitioner by the Registry of this court on 16th November, 2017. The relevant documents are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Since the Administrative Judges' Committee has already taken decision on the representations tendered by the Petitioner, the instant petition, seeking direction, is rendered infructuous.

The petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
