This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of the First Information Report (FIR) registered vide C.R.No.0980/2022 registered with M.H.B. Colony Police Station on September 7, 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'the IPC' for short).

The applicant and the complainant are personally present in the Court. The applicant and the complainant know each other very well. On several occasions the

applicant has resided with the complainant. The applicant is 26 years of age and her engagement ceremony was fixed on December 5, 2022 at Neemuch. On the last date, the parties expressed that in view of the cordial relations they shared in the past, without admitting the allegations, they would arrive at an understanding whereby the matter could be resolved between them. Accordingly, the parties have prepared the consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. 3.

I have gone through the consent terms. The applicant undertakes to abide by the consent terms. The consent terms are duly signed by the complainant and the applicant who are identified by their respective advocates have signed the consent terms for identification.

In view of the settlement arrived at, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence the following order. : ORDER :

(a) In the event of arrest in connection C.R.No.0980/2022 registered with M.H.B. Colony Police Station, applicantPrakrati Praveen Jain shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the

like amount.

(b) The applicant to abide by the consent terms.

(c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer. The applicant shall not tamper with evidence.

(d) The applicant shall furnish her contact number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep him updated, in case there is any change. 5.

The anticipatory bail application is disposed of. 6.

The interim application is also disposed of.
