By this Petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to release the grants for the year 2013-14 towards the reimbursement of free-ship and scholarship of the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Class students taking education in the institution run by the petitioner-society.
Ms. Bhende, the learned Assistant Government Pleader states, on instructions from the officer present in the Court today, that the entire amount payable to the petitioner towards grants has been paid to the petitioner "online" and there are no dues for the year 2013-14.
917.wp114_2014.doc In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the grievance of the petitioner should stand redressed.
