The Petitioner challenges a show cause notice issued under Section 59 of Maharashtra Police Act (Exhibit-B to the petition). The defence raised by the Petitioner in this petition could be raised by filing a reply before the appropriate authority. Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that so far, the concerned authority has not passed externment order.

In the facts, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The Petitioner may exhaust appropriate remedies. Petition stands disposed of.
