The contention of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners is that the petitioners are eligible slum dwellers who are entitled to allotment of galas in re-developed properties. The grievance made across the Bar is that the developer is not executing agreements.

If this is the grievance, the petitioners, apart from adopting the remedies against the respondent no.5, will have to make a grievance by making an appropriate representation to the concerned authority which is empowered to take action against the respondent no.5.
