Learned counsel for the parties have arrived at consensus that pending the hearing and final disposal of second appeal, the parties would maintain status quo qua the suit property and would not change the nature of property or create any third party rights in the suit property.

In view thereof, the execution of the impugned judgment and decree is stayed. The Appellants as well as the Respondents are restrained from changing the nature of the property or creating any third party rights in any manner whatsoever qua the suit property. 3.
