Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.1 against the impugned order is already listed on board for hearing on 26th June, 2018 and his client would pursue the said appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition on that ground. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the appeal filed by the petitioner before the respondent no.1. This Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.
