IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION CRI. WRIT PETITION NO. 4730 OF 2015 Mr.Sushil Rajkumar Narsaria ... Petitioner.
V/s.
The State of Maharashtra ... Respondent.
--- Mr. Pranav Bhadhaka i/by Prashant B. Pawar, Advocate for the Petitioner.
Ms. S. V. Gajare, APP for the State.
--- CORAM : A.V. NIRGUDE, J.
DATE : 18th DECEMBER, 2015.
P.C. :
Perused the impugned order, refusing permission to the petitioner-applicant accused to go abroad for few days. The applicant-accused is attending the criminal case in which he is charged under section 306 r/w. Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner-applicant could secure anticipatory bail. There appears to be no reason why permission to go abroad should not be granted to the petitioner-applicant, provided he gives itinerary to the prosecution agency. On the petitioner-applicant's furnishing his travel itineraries within two days from today, he is permitted to leave India for his foreign tour, as per itinerary. Borey 1/2
