The above Writ Petitions have been filed seeking directions that the applications of the Petitioners in the above Petitions seeking permission to add the Respondent No.3 i.e. the Nesarikar

2 / 2 906-WP-31397-17.odt Liquidator as a party to the Execution Petitions being Nos.51/2001 and 11/2014, be decided. The sum and substance of the application is therefore the impleadment of the Liquidator in the Execution Proceedings filed by the Petitioner against the society in liquidation, which is the Respondent No.3 in each of the above Petitions.

The learned AGP Mrs.Salunkhe on instructions of Mr.S.B. Raval, Regional Joint Director (Sugar), Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, makes a statement that the said applications of the Petitioner in each of the above Petitions would be decided within two weeks from date. Statement accepted. 3.

In view of the said statement, there is now no warrant to keep the above Petitions pending, which to accordingly stand disposed of.
