After hearing the present application for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief to the applicant, the learned Counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court after chargesheet is filed. Leave and liberty as prayed for is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The observations made hereinabove are in context of the decision of the present application and the Trial Court shall not get influenced by the same at the time of deciding the fresh bail application.
