1] This Application is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.A.531/2015, pending on the file of Family Court, Nashik to Family Court, Thane.

2] The reason for seeking transfer is that the applicant is a lady having custody of two minor children. She is residing at Bhayender (E), Mumbai and finding it very difficult to travel to Nashik on each and every date.

3] In view of this, application is allowed.

4] The Marriage Petitin No.A.531/2015 on the file of Family 1/2
