Consent minutes of order are taken on record. Consent minutes of order read as under:- "1.

The Respondent agrees that the inquiry conducted against him was procedurally fair proper and legal. By consent of the parties finding recorded by the labour court that the enquiry was illegal for not supplying enquiry report to the Respondent shall stand set aside. 2.

The parties agree that the findings recorded by the Labour Court that the findings of enquiry officer are perverse shall be maintained. The Petitioner shall be entitled to lead the evidence before the Labour Court to prove the misconduct in accordance with law. 3.

The Petitions shall stand disposed of in terms of these minutes of order." 5.

The petitions stand disposed in accordance with the aforesaid consent minutes of order.
