The Appellant has filed a Notice of Motion No.2600 of 2022 in L.C. Suit No.1655 of 2022 challenging notice under Section 354 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. By order dated 22/07/2022, the Trial Court had directed both the parties to maintain status quo. On 28/11/2022 the Trial Court rejected the request of the 1/2
Megha 16_ao_1123_2022.doc Appellant for one month's time to vacate the premises. Being aggrieved by the said order, the Appellant has filed this appeal. 2.
Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the Appellant shall vacate the premises within two weeks. The statement is accepted. 3.
The Respondent shall not take any coercive action for a period of two weeks from the date of this order. 4.
