The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to respondents to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner for taking action against the respondent No.2.

2] In the affidavit in reply filed by respondent No.1, it is stated that the respondent No.1 has already initiated departmental proceedings against respondent No.2 and charge sheet has also been issued against him.
