By this Petition, Petitioners challenge order dated 7 March 2019 passed by the learned Minister, Co-operation, rejecting the application for grant of interim stay. The learned Minister, Co-operation has however allowed the application for condonation of delay in filing the Revision Application. On account of the application for condonation of delay being allowed, the Revision Application needs to be heard on merits. Therefore, instead of determining correctness of the order rejecting interim stay, it would be appropriate that the Revision Application itself is taken up by the learned Minister, Co-operation.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of, by requesting the learned Minister, Co-operation, to decide the Petitioner's Revision katkam 1/2
