DATE : 22 JUNE 2015 P.C. :- 1] This Court, by order dated 10 June 2015 has dismissed civil application no. 187 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay of 2 years and 18 years for seeking recall of order dated 22 October 2010 dismissing the CRA for non prosecution.

2] Civil application no. 132 of 2014 seeks recall of order dated 22 October 2010. In view of dismissal of civil application no. 187 of 2015, there arises no question of consideration of civil application no. 132 of 2014, accordingly civil application no. 132 of 2014 is dismissed. 3] Incidentally, even today, none appears for the applicants.

4] In view of the aforesaid orders, CRA 254 of 2010 stands dismissed as on 22 October 2010.
