These Civil Applications are taken out for directions to Respondent No.1 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune to decide the representation of both the Applicants in terms of the common order dated 12 February 2016 passed in Writ Petition Nos.10261 of 2011 and 8122 of 2011 in time bound manner. It is noticed that this Court by order dated 12 February 2016 while disposing of the Writ Petitions has directed the Respondent No.1

It is submitted that for the reasons not known, the representations are so far as not decided. In the circumstances, both the Civil Applications are disposed of by passing the following order:

O R D E R

i) The representations of the Petitioners shall be reconsidered by the Respondent No.1 Education Officer (Secondary) in terms of the order dated 12 February 2016 within a period of six weeks from today.
